Of our fondest of memories
Admiringly and reverently amiss
To summon a remembrance
Of grievances foregone
Amidst a crescent moon
At our meeting place
In the small of the valley
Gone but not forgotten
And there and then
We bid farewell
From where our story began
With muted smile
And one last kiss
Where so long stood still
If we must part
Until I see you again
