SUGARPLUM
Lustful dare he have my heart
Come to shatter it bear
With shards made of lightning bolts
And mythical monsters
The embellishment that was my severed wrist
With bleeding heart
It bled a thousand tears
It was with healing words
Did his hands repair the wounds
Made of splintered tongues
The fractured houses made of glass
Turned to pillars made of resilience and resolve
Unto it come gently to bring it here
The tender kisses upon my pillow
Like chocolate kisses
He buried himself
In my sunken places
To keep me warm and safe

Except but mutually Do we stumble oftenUpon the fallen flowersMade of venom and bane
