TENDER Kisses
Lustful dare he have my heart
Come to shatter it bear
With shards made of lightning bolts
And mythical monsters
The embellishment that was my severed wrist
With bleeding heart
It bled a thousand tears
It was with healing words
Did his hands repair the wounds
Made of splintered tongues
The fractured houses made of glass
Turned to pillars I do resolve
Unto it come gently to bring it here
The tender kisses upon my pillow
Did he bury himself
In my sunken places
To keep me warm and safe
